Welcome to Podcaster’s Toolbox! Podcaster’s Toolbox is owned and operated by Rahvalor Full Stack, LLC.  Your privacy is important to us and we’re committed to protecting your personal information and making your experience the best it can be.

This policy governs the use of Podcaster’s Toolbox, which may be referred to in this document as “Site”, “Software”, “Application”, “App”, or “Services.” It explains the following:

  • What personally identifiable information we collect from you and why.
  • How that information is used and with whom it may be shared.
  • The security procedures in place to protect your information.
  • How you can access, request deletion, or correct any inaccuracies in the information.

Information We Collect & Why

The information we collect falls into several general categories.

Information you provide to us through your account.

When you sign up for a Podcaster’s Toolbox account, we collect your name, email address, password, and other limited information that we need in order to provide you with our Services.

When you become a paid subscriber, your credit card number is collected, encrypted and transmitted securely to our payment processor. At no time do we have access to, nor do we store your credit card details in our Application.

When you use the App, you may choose to share information that will improve your experience with the Services, including, but not limited to, your personal biography, contact information and photo. You may also choose to make certain information accessible to other subscribers or to the public. You can control the information you share and with whom at any time. We never share, disclose or make public any information without your explicit consent.

All information is solely collected and processed for the purposes of providing you with the Services.

Information provided by third-party services.

As part of the Services, you may choose to link your account to other supported third-party platforms. When you link your Podcaster’s Toolbox account to supported platforms like Facebook, Twitter, Libsyn and others, we may have access to information about those accounts. You’ll be notified of any information we may access at the time that you connect your accounts. We do not collect, nor do we store your login credentials for third party services.

Information collected automatically through cookies.

We use cookies to collect information that your browser sends to us, such as your browser version, pages you visited, time spent on those pages and other statistics. A cookie is a piece of data stored on your hard drive that you can control by setting your browser to restrict or not accept cookies. Some of the features of Podcaster’s Toolbox may not function without cookies.

Cookies help us improve our Services and enhance your experience with them. We do not collect or use this information in a personally identifiable way or match it to any individual user. Cookie data is collected and used in aggregate form with the sole purpose of improving our communications and Services.

Information that you provide when you contact us.

When you use our Services you may contact us for support, to share an idea for a new feature, or some other reason. Our support system, idea portal, and email provider collect usage-related information, such as the device and browser you use as well as other engagement data. We use this information solely for the purpose of communicating with you to address your questions or needs.

We may also store these communications so that we can provide you with better service in the future and so that we can continue to improve the Application.

How We Disclose And Share Your Information

We will not rent or sell your personal information to any third party.

Access to personal information is restricted to Podcaster’s Toolbox employees, or to trusted agents or contractors who need to know information in order to help us operate or develop the Services.

We may disclose your information as necessary to: (1) comply with the law, (2) protect the rights of Podcaster’s Toolbox and its parent company Rahvalor Full Stack, LLC, (3) prevent or address fraud or security issues, (4) protect the safety of any person, or, (4) prevent or stop any illegal, unethical, or legally actionable activity.

How We Communicate With You

When you create an account, you may choose to opt in to receive other types of communications from us. If you choose to receive these communications, we may contact you about products or services that we feel may interest you. You can opt out of receiving these communications at any time.

We will also use your contact information to provide you with support on request, or to make any legally-required disclosures of a breach of security, confidentiality, or integrity of your data.

How We Protect Your Information

Information we collect through our App is encrypted and transmitted securely via https, which you can verify by looking for the lock icon in your browser’s address bar.

Our App and its data are hosted in some of the most well-known and respected data centers in the world, with infrastructure that is physically secured and protected. Our servers are secured with firewalls, and access is restricted solely to Podcaster’s Toolbox employees and contractors who are responsible for developing and maintaining the App.

Other Considerations

This privacy policy only applies to information we collect. We have no control over how other platforms collect or use the information that you provide to them, including but not limited to, Facebook, Twitter, Libsyn and other connected services. Refer to the privacy policies of the individual companies for more information about how they use your data.

We do not have any control over data that you send via email through our Services, nor can we control what the recipient does with it. Be aware that email is not a secure data transmission method and should not be used as such.

Our site links to other websites that we do not control or operate. Those links do not imply an endorsement or representation of our affiliation with that site. Other websites may place their own cookies or files on your computer, collect personally identifiable information from you or use your data differently than we do. This policy does not apply to third party sites. Refer to the privacy policies of the other websites you visit for more information.

If you post information in a public place, such as in our support forum, community forums or on your public fan page, this information may be shared or reproduced by others.

Control & Ownership

You own and control the information that you provide as part of the Services, including, but not limited to, your contact information, personal biography, podcast information and other related details. You can modify this information in your account at any time. You may also delete any optionally provided information from your account, or delete your entire account at any time. You can also choose which, if any, information you make accessible to the public and to other subscribers.

We retain Personal Information for as long as we have an ongoing legitimate business or legal need to do so. Data that we do not need for an ongoing business or legal reason is deleted after a period of 90 calendar days.

You may request that we delete your information by contacting us at If we have no legitimate business or legal need to maintain your Personal Information, we will delete it upon your request. Information that is retained in archives will be deleted at our next scheduled deletion date.

We cannot control, nor do we take responsibility for monitoring or removing content that other users may post, share, retain or distribute through the Services as it may pertain to you.

Our Policy Toward Children

Podcaster’s Toolbox is not intended for use by children under 16. If you are a parent or guardian of a child under 16 who has provided us with personal information, please contact us at and we will delete the information immediately.

Changes To This Policy

This Privacy Policy may change from time to time, depending on new features or services that we offer, changes in applicable law, or other changes in our business. We will notify you of any changes to this policy by posting the new terms with the latest updated date at the top of this page.

We may also notify you of a new policy either via email or through a notification within the Application interface.
